At Aryvaa, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 24 hours of delivery only if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is defective.
  • An incorrect item was delivered.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aryvaa.in with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
